Overview
The Rowland USB Response Box (RURB) is a USB interface device developed for several purposes:
- Provide the functional equivalent of keyboard response data over long distances, for up to 10 keys.
- Provide a keyboard key response to a TTL pulse (from an MRI scanner or other device).
- To electro-optically isolate the rf-noise associated with USB circuitry from the simple button boxes.
- To make it easy for users to design and implement their own arrays of buttons, for use within or outside the MRI
environment.
